我選了從以前(1990)到最近(2006)的三篇文章讓大家參考,有關生長因子的醫學文獻相當的多,以後有機會我還會再提出一些來分享!

以下幾篇文章主要在告訴大家,EGF絕對可以局部使用在皮膚上,而且單獨使用的效果就相當不錯了!

1990 J Invest Dermatol.

Epidermal and dermal effects of epidermal growth factor during wound repair.

In conclusion, topical application of EGF stimulates epithelialization of partial-thickness wounds and produces a positive impact on the underlying dermis during the early phases of wound repair.

結論是說:局部使用EGF可以刺激傷口上皮的再生,對早期傷口癒合來說EGF對皮膚組織是一個相當正向的作用!

1995 J Surg Res.

Effect of growth factors on cell proliferation and epithelialization in human skin.

Conclusion: EGF resulted in maximum stimulation of epithelial outgrowth (440 +/- 80 microns), followed by FGF (330 +/- 56 microns), IGF-1 (294 +/- 48 microns), and MEM (189 +/- 50 microns). We postulate, therefore, that FGF, IGF-1, and EGF are important mitogens for wound healing and that EGF in particular is capable of stimulating epithelialization.

這篇是1995年美國的研究

結論是說:EGF最能夠刺激上皮增生,接著是FGF,IGF-1,MEM!所以這些生長因子在傷口癒合上都是很重要的分化因子,而EGF特別在刺激表皮生成上有更好的能力!

Topical application of epidermal growth factor accelerates wound healing by myofibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis in rat.

Conclusion: Overall, a topical treatment of rhEGF ointment promotes wound healing by increasing the rate of epidermal proliferation and accelerating the level of wound contraction related to myofibroblast proliferation and collagen deposition.

結論是說:局部使用EGF藥膏可以經由表皮增生的加速及傷口收縮的程度來促進傷口癒合,而這些機制都跟肌纖維母細胞的增生與膠原蛋白的累積有關!
